How do I reset my Webshop password?

1. Navigate to the login page and click on 'Create or reset password.'

2. Enter your user ID - this will either be your account number or your email address.

3. Enter your email address.

4. Click on 'recover my password'

5. You will then see the following message:

6. In some instances the reset will be automatic, but please check your spam/junk folders if you have not received a reply within the hour.

 7. Copy the temporary password (being mindful not to copy extra spaces at the beginning or end).

8. Click on the link to take you back to our Webshop.

9. Enter your user ID - this will either be your account number or your email address.

10. Enter the temporary password and click on 'Login'.

11. You will then be prompted to change your password.  Remember to paste the temporary password into the 'current password' field first, and then enter your new password into the 'new password' and 'confirm new password' field.    

12. Click on 'Change password'

Your password has now been updated.
