Can I return non-catalogue (special) items?

These products have been specially ordered for you and cannot be returned (unless they arrive faulty). Please research carefully before ordering these products to avoid surprises.

 

To tell us that you’ve received a faulty item, please email us contact our Customer Service Team for an email at cs.hk@lyreco.com.

Please include your Lyreco customer number, order number, invoice number or your own Purchase Order number to hand and photos of the damage.
