What should I do if I receive a faulty/broken item?

You can return most faulty/broken items to us for free within 30 days.  Please see: How do I return an item/order?

You can view all of our product warranties, divided by brand and product type here.

If you cannot find the information you require here or your item is not covered by warranty, please contact our Customer Care team.

Please have either your Lyreco customer number, order number or your own Purchase Order number to hand.

Please note that certain items such as printers cannot be returned to us until the warranty has been registered and the manufacturer has been contacted first.
