GO points will initially be added to your pending balance, which is updated the day after your order is placed.
Once the order is invoiced, these GO points will move to your available balance for redemption. This will happen by the end of the first week of the following month.
(If payment is not made by the invoice due date, all GO points will be removed from your available balance, and no further GO points will be accumulated until the payment is made in full).
If you pay for your orders in advance, with no credit limit associated to your account, GO points will be earned and allocated in the same manner as described above.
Please note that direct-delivery products will have a longer processing time, as we must confirm delivery through one of our supplier partners.
