How do I change my business information, billing address and shipping address?

Currently, you are unable to change your company address, delivery or billing address, cost centre, hierarchy details in the Lyreco Webshop yourself. 

If you need to change any of this information, please contact our Customer Care team using the chat function below or by emailing us on the 'submit form' option at the bottom of this article.

Please have either your Lyreco customer number, order number, invoice number or your own Purchase Order number to hand.
