If a product does not meet your expectations, we will take it back free of charge within 30 days after delivery.
However, please note the following:
a: The product must fall into our ‘returnable’ category. If the product is non-returnable, you will find this logo: in the ‘details’ section of the product on the Webshop. These items can only be returned if they arrive faulty.
b: Products can only be returned if they are in their original packaging, intact, unused, unassembled and undamaged.
c: We can only pick up the product from the address we delivered it to.
d: After 30 days, items will no longer be returned (unless there is a longer warranty period or prior authorisation from Lyreco).
