How do I add an additional shipping address to my account?

Lyreco offers you the ability to deliver your orders to more than the location which you stated when opening your account. If you are going to be regularly ordering for more than one location, we can save you time by adding this as an additional delivery address to your account.

This new address will be given a separate customer number starting with 1300XXXXX.

When ordering online you will have to select which address you wish to ship to or when ordering directly with Customer Service, you will be asked to specify the address or customer number that you wish to ship the order to.

In all cases, it really helps if you have your Lyreco customer number which starts with a 1300XXXXX when contacting us.
