Usually, your Webshop Login will be the email address that you used when registered as one of the contacts within your company account with Lyreco.
You can request a new password on the Webshop by selecting the reset my password box.
Sometimes the Login ID will have set as a department name so if this does not work, or if you have forgotten your login details or are having trouble logging in, you can reach out to our Customer Service Team on 02 338 0200, send us an email on TH.Orders@Lyreco.com or contact us through our Live Chat function for immediate assistance.
In all cases, it really helps if you have your Lyreco customer number which starts with a 1300XXXXX when contacting us.
