Where can I find my order history?

For customers using Lyreco Webshop, which is our preferred ordering channel, Lyreco offer the option for you access your order history so that you can see what you have purchased in the past 12 months on your account. You can review not only Webshop online orders but all orders from all order channels such as email & telephone. Please Select 'Order History' from the menu options located on the right-hand side of the Webshop.

Within the 'Order History' section, you will find information about your pending orders, as well as detailed records of all orders placed within the past 12 months.

You can look within the product details of each order; you can add the products back into your basket ready to order again and the total order value can be downloaded as an excel file.

In all cases, it really helps if you have your Lyreco customer number which starts with a 1300XXXXX when contacting us.
