How do I change my business information, billing address and shipping address?

To maintain the security of you company information and to prevent abuse of your account, you are unable to change your company address, delivery & billing address, cost centre, & hierarchy details yourself through the Lyreco Webshop.

If you need to change any of this information. you can reach out to our Customer Service Team on 02 338 0200, send us an email on TH.Orders@Lyreco.com or contact us through our Live Chat function for immediate assistance.

In all cases, it really helps if you have your Lyreco customer number which starts with a 1300XXXXX when contacting us.

If you are specifically requesting to update your company name and address, you be asked to supply an updated copy of your of your company registration documents such as Value Added Tax Registration Certificate & Company Affidavit (P.P.20)
