How do I add an approver to my account?

For customers ordering online though Lyreco Webshop, which is our preferred ordering channel, Lyreco offer the option for someone to approve orders placed before they are processed, which allows you to control your spending or comply with your own company’s internal processes

In this case, a user will place the order in Webshop, which will then send a message to a second person within your company who is an approver. They may be a manager or supervisor or someone with authority in purchasing who will then approve the order.

If you require your company’s orders to be approved before they are submitted to Lyreco, please contact either your Lyreco Account Manager or our Customer Service Team on 02 338 0200, send us an email on TH.Orders@Lyreco.com or contact us through our Live Chat function for immediate assistance.

In all cases, it really helps if you have your Lyreco customer number which starts with a 1300XXXXX when contacting us.
