Why can’t I add a product to my order that is showing as in-stock on Webshop?

Your company might have imposed restrictions on certain products or established an 'allowed' list by specifying a limited number of products which are available for ordering through Lyreco.

Consequently, even if you find a product on our Webshop while logged in, you may be unable to add it to your order.

Kindly consult either your procurement team or your Lyreco Account Manager for further clarification in this matter and/or to add or remove products to this list alternatively please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 338 0200, send us an email on TH.Orders@Lyreco.com or contact us through our Live Chat function for immediate assistance.

In all cases, it really helps if you have your Lyreco customer number which starts with a 1300XXXXX when contacting us.
