How can I cancel my order?

If you have already placed the order and wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 338 0200, send us an email on TH.Orders@Lyreco.com or contact us through our Live Chat function for immediate assistance.

Please have either your Lyreco customer number, which starts with a 1300XXXXX  , your order number or your own Purchase Order number to hand when contacting us

If the order is for next-day delivery, please contact us the same day before 5 pm to allow us time to ensure this is possible.

Please note some products may not be possible to cancel if they are no returnable products although the majority of the products that Lyreco sell are sold on a 30-day returnable basis.

You can cancel products on backorder if they have not been shipped yet. However, please be aware that personalised products cannot be cancelled. Additionally, cancellation may not apply to non-stocked products which have been ordered specifically for you.
