My order/part of my order is missing?

If any part of your order is missing, please check the delivery status first: in case it is a Back Order and will be delivered in the coming days. Back Orders don’t happen often but even though we offer our customers more than 99.5% stock availability and next day delivery to our valuable customers who appreciate the quality of our products and the consistency of our service, we do occasionally lack some products due to issues beyond our control.

Please have either your Lyreco customer number, which starts with a 1300XXXXX  , your order number or your own Purchase Order number to hand when contacting us. We will do our best to answer your question immediately.
