While logged into your Webshop account, you can easily check the availability of each product. The status is displayed prominently between the price and the 'add to basket' option within a product page.
Products will fall into one of five categories:
- Green Dot - Available: These products are in stock and ready for prompt delivery.
- Blue Dot - Available on demand by order and may take a little longer to deliver. Will be delivered by Lyreco.
- Blue Dot – Direct Delivery, These products will be delivered directly from our supplier and not delivered the next working day due to longer lead times.
- Red Dot - Out of Stock: Unfortunately, these products are currently unavailable. Usually, an alternative will be offered when you try to add the products to our basket.
- Orange Dot - These products may soon be discontinued.
