What should I do if I receive a faulty item/broken item?

Lyreco offers products are selected for both their quality but also on the reliability of the suppliers to make sure that we always have stock ready to deliver to you next day. That’s why we are proudly able to offer our customers more than 99.5% next day delivery and stock availability who appreciate the quality of our products and the consistency of our service.

Occasionally, despite our high standards, we get it wrong and a product might be damaged in shipping or having suffered a manufacturing error so you can return most faulty/broken products to us for free within 30 days. Please see: How do I return an item/order?

If you cannot find the information you require here or your item is not covered by warranty, please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 338 0200, send us an email on TH.Orders@Lyreco.com or contact us through our Live Chat function for immediate assistance.

Please have either your Lyreco customer number, which starts with a 1300XXXXX , your invoice or order number or your own Purchase Order number to hand when contacting us.

Please note that certain products such as printers cannot be returned to us until the warranty has been registered with the manufacturer first.
