How do I update my business information, billing address or permanent delivery address?

For security reasons, you cannot change your company address, permanent delivery or billing address, cost centre and hierarchy details directly in the Lyreco Webshop account.

If you need to update any of this information, please reach out to our Customer Care team through one of the channels below:

  • Use our Live Chat in the bottom right corner of your screen
  • Fill out our contact form

Please have either your Lyreco customer number, order number or your own Purchase Order number available when contacting us.

Note: We're unable to change company names on existing accounts. If your company name has changed, please set up a new account with us.
