If you’re already a Lyreco customer and would like to request an online account, please see I'm an existing customer. How can I start ordering through Lyreco Webshop?

To register as a new customer at Lyreco Webshop, follow these steps:

1. At the top right of the Lyreco Webshop, hover over Login/Register, then select Create Account.
   

2. Find your company by using its VAT number or the company name.

   

   I can't find my company

   If your company isn’t found, select I can’t find my company to enter the details manually. 

   

   When finished, select Confirm company details:

   

3. Once the company details are set up, enter your account information: business email address, first and last name, and phone number.

4. Accept Lyreco’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy by selecting the checkbox.

5. Select Complete my registration at the bottom of the page.

   

Upon registration, you will receive an email with your login and a temporary password. Activate your account by logging in with the provided details.

For the security of your account, you will be prompted to create a new password during your next login to the Lyreco Webshop.
