I'm an existing customer. How do I activate my Lyreco Webshop account?

If you’re already a Lyreco customer but don't have an online account at Lyreco Webshop, you can easily activate it to start placing orders directly on the platform.

To request an online account as an existing customer, please follow the steps below:

  1. At the top right of the Lyreco Webshop, hover over Login/Register, then select Request access. Alternatively, you can request access here.  

  2. Enter your customer account number and your sales representative number (can be found on an invoice under the invoice number).

  3. Select CREATE.

Once your Lyreco Webshop account is set up (typically within 24 hours), you will receive an email with your login and a temporary password. For your account security, you will be asked to change it when you first log into your account. 

After that, you can then start searching for products and placing orders.
