Can I check the delivery status of my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to follow your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you have not received the email within 2 hours.

If you have an online account on Lyreco Webshop, you can also track your order there:

  1. Log in to the Lyreco Webshop and go to your profile >Order history   
  2. Find and select the required order.
  3. On the order details page, click on the Check delivery details button at the top.  
  4. Check the status detail bar for the current status of your order.
