If a delivery was made by our own Lyreco drivers, you can request the Proof of Delivery through your Lyreco Webshop account. Follow these steps while logged in:
- Go to your account menu > Documents > PDF Proof of Delivery.

Search for the document by the proof of delivery number, order number or date range.
- Select the needed Proof of Delivery and click REQUEST.
The requested document(s) will be emailed to you within a few minutes.
Please note that most customers are still opting for contactless deliveries so there will be no signature, but rather a photo of where the delivery was left and the name of the accepting person.
To receive a Proof of Delivery that was made by a 3rd party carrier, please contact our Customer Care team:
