How do I get a Proof of Delivery?

If a delivery was made by our own Lyreco drivers, you can request the Proof of Delivery through your Lyreco Webshop account. Follow these steps while logged in: 

  1. Go to your account menu > Documents > PDF Proof of Delivery.
  2. Search for the document by the proof of delivery number, order number or date range.

  3. Select the needed Proof of Delivery and click REQUEST.

The requested document(s) will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

Please note that most customers are still opting for contactless deliveries so there will be no signature, but rather a photo of where the delivery was left and the name of the accepting person. 

To receive a Proof of Delivery that was made by a 3rd party carrier, please contact our Customer Care team:
