What should I do if I can’t find the “Add to Basket” icon?

First of all you need to register an account with us. If you haven't registered your account, please read our article: How do I become a Lyreco Customer? If you already have an account with us please make sure you’ve logged-in. If you’re logged in and you're still unable to add an item to your cart or the "Add to Basket" icon is not visible, it’s probably means there is an outstanding payment on your account. To check please reach out to us for assistance with our Live Chat function for immediate assistance or by phone 02 338 0200 or send us an email on TH.orders@lyreco.com

Please have your Lyreco customer number, which starts with a 1300XXXXX, to hand when contacting us.
