To find out who placed the order you need to have Administrator privileges on Webshop otherwise you will need to contact your colleague, who is the Administrator for your account.
Here’re steps you can check if your account has Administrator privileges.
- Use your Administrator account to log in to Webshop.
- Click “Switch Account” and you will see list of all delivery addresses. You need to select Delivery address you want to see order. Then click ‘Select’
- Place your mouse at human icon then you will see “Order history” under drop-down list.
- Click “Order history” Here you will find all the orders placed. To identify who placed a specific order, check the order number or use the search function to search by order number.
- Here you will see all details for your order including Order originator, approver and attention of order.
