[MASTER] Why is my order delayed?

There are a few common reasons why an order may be taking longer than expected:

  • Your order has a longer delivery time

Some items have longer delivery times than our standard next-day delivery, typically because they are on backorder or shipped directly from the supplier (direct delivery). For the full list of products with non-standard delivery times, please see [When do delivery exceptions apply?]

You can check the estimated delivery time for your order in your Lyreco Webshop account: [Can I check the delivery status of my order?]

  • Your order is pending approval

Your organisation may require orders to be approved before shipping. If so, you'll see your order flagged as pending in your Lyreco Webshop account:

  1. Log in to Lyreco Webshop.
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  3. In the left-side navigation pane, select Pending Orders

To get your order approved, please contact the relevant person (approver) in your organisation.
