My order hasn't arrived?

To check the status of your orders, navigate to the 'Orders Pending' tab in your profile section when you are logged into Webshop:

Any pending orders will be listed.

Click on the order you want more information about.

If you have items on backorder, rest assured that they will automatically be shipped as soon as they become available.

Please note that Direct Delivery items are despatched directly from the supplier and may take longer to reach you compared to our regularly stocked items. If an item is a direct delivery it will be stated on the product description.
