Do Lyreco GO points expire?

GO points stay valid as long as you remain an active member, meaning you make at least one eligible purchase every 12 months. If you go a full year without buying anything, your GO points will expire.

For example, you earn 500 GO points in March 2025. If you don't buy any eligible items between March 2025 and April 2026, then those unused GO points will be lost.
