We don't currently offer direct online invoice payment through our website. However, if you wish to pay your existing invoice by card, our Credit Control Team will issue a secure payment link for you. To request the payment link, please provide the following details:
- Customer account number
- Company and contact name
- Billing email address
- Phone number
Send your request and details to:
- For companies with fewer than 100 employees: wise.fi.fieldcollections@lyreco.com
- For companies with 100 or more employees: wise.fi.corporatecollection@lyreco.com
Once received, the Credit Control team will issue the payment link and confirm safe receipt with you.
