I already have an account with Lyreco, in addition to my account with Zenith / Shorrock - how will this be managed moving forward?

Your Zenith / Shorrock account will be brought across to Lyreco and will remain separate to your existing account. 

This is so that we can minimise any disruption to your servicing during the transition. 

Following on from the initial takeover, your account manager will be in touch to introduce themselves and will be happy to discuss how we manage your accounts moving forward.
