To create a list of your most purchased products, or a favourites list, simply follow these steps:
1. Click the 'Add to List' function within the search results, or use the 'heart' icon on a dedicated product page, depending on your current view.
2. You'll then have the option to either create a new list or add the item to an existing favourites list.
3. Customise these lists by giving them specific names, and if you'd like, share them with other account users.
4. You can also add products to favourite lists directly from the basket by clicking the heart next to an item, or click 'Add to my favourites' to add the entire order.
5. You can access these lists by clicking the stopwatch symbol labelled 'fast ordering' and then 'My Favourites' on the right-hand corner of the WebShop homepage.
If you choose to create a new list, you will get the chance to give the list a name and also decide whether you want to make the list personal to you as an individual user (Personal Favourite), Shared (across all users on your account number) or Public (visible to all users in the account hierarchy). The latter option is usually used by main buyers at the top of an organisation where lists are then filtered down to all users in a company.
These lists can not be edited by other users who inherit them.
Please be aware if you want to share a list with other users across the company you must ask Sales support to activate the “Shared My Lists” function, without this the user will only be able to create Personal lists.
