What can I do if I can't find an item I want?

If you can't find a product you're looking for, here are the most common reasons and what to do:

  • Your search may need adjusting. Double-check your spelling and try different search terms. For example, search for both "printer paper" and "copy paper" or try the brand name instead of the product type. You can also get product recommendations in our chat  - you'll find it in the bottom right corner of this page and on Lyreco Webshop.
  • The product may not be in your company’s catalogue. If you're a corporate customer, the product might be available on the Lyreco Webshop but not included in your company catalogue. Contact your procurement team for assistance.

  • The product may have been delisted. Some products are removed from our catalogue permanently. If you've ordered a product with us before and can't find it now, contact us. We'll help you find a suitable alternative.
  • The product may need to be specially ordered. We might not stock the product you're looking for, but we may be able to special order it for you. Contact your Lyreco sales representative or Customer Care team to check availability.
