How do I return an item/order?

You can return Stocked Products to us for free (excluding non-returnable Goods). We will offer refunds or credits for items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened and are returned in their original packaging and condition.

To begin a return, follow these steps:

1. Go to your 'Order History' and locate the relevant order. If the return icon under the order date appears in blue, it means returns are possible for this order:

- Returns are possible
The customer can click this icon and they will be taken to the returns feature within Webshop.
- Returns not possible via Webshop
An online return is not possible because the order is over 30 days old, the items have not been delivered yet or the order contains only non-returnable items.
- Return Already Performed
An online return is not possible for this order because returns already exist on this order. The customer should contact Customer Services.

 

2. Click on the blue icon, and you will be given the option to return the entire delivery or individual items. You can also adjust the quantity to be returned.

3. After selecting the item(s) for return, click 'Validate The Return.' You will then be prompted to choose a reason for the return from the drop-down menu:

4. Confirm that the items are still in their original packaging and click 'Yes I Confirm.'

5. Returns will be collected from the address they were originally delivered to within 5 working days.

The Lyreco driver reserves the right to refuse returns should they not be in their original packaging when it has been stated they are (unless item is faulty or damaged.

 

Please note the following:
Furniture may only be returned with a prior written agreement and within 30 days of delivery. Non-stock products are not eligible for returns. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food and drink products unless they are found to be defective.
