What are Lyreco's return policies?

We offer free product returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. After 30 days, items can only be returned if they have a longer warranty period or if prior authorisation from Lyreco exists.

To qualify for return, products must still be in stock and returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

Please note that we can only pick up products from the original delivery address. The timeframe for the collection of a return is 5 working days

Non-returnable products

These products are marked with the Grey package icon with no symbolicon in the Details section of the product page on the Webshop. They can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged. Non-returnable products include:

  • Foods and drinks
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Personalised items, such as stamps or items with your brand logo
  • Special items ordered for you on request

Products requiring prior approval for returns

Please make sure you receive written confirmation from us before returning certain items, such as:

  • Furniture
  • High-value equipment, for example, computers or copiers 

To obtain the confirmation, please submit your request via our contact form or chat. Please provide either your Lyreco customer number, order number or your own Purchase Order number when contacting us.
