Can I return food/beverage items?

Products with an expiration date (food/beverages) cannot be returned. 

To tell us that you’ve received a faulty item, please email us on the 'submit form' option at the bottom of this article.

Please include your Lyreco customer number, order number, invoice number or your own Purchase Order number to hand and photos of the damage.
