To make sure you receive your order, we make two delivery attempts.
If you are unavailable during our first delivery attempt, we will send you an email to let you know about the delivery attempt.
Usually, our driver will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, our dedicated Customer Care team will contact you to arrange a different delivery date.
