If a refund is issued for any purchase, the GO points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your pending balance. 

If a refund is issued for part of an order, a corresponding number of GO points will be deducted proportionally.

If a refund is processed after GO points have already been redeemed, Lyreco reserves the right to adjust your balance by deducting the number of GO points in question from the balance of GO points credited or subsequently earned.
