How can I prevent my staff buying certain products or suggest an alternative product to order?

Lyreco offers you the choice to not only limit the products that you can order from Lyreco but also offers you the opportunity to suggest an alternative product.

Limiting products through a mini catalogue means that they do not appear when your search for a product. For example, if you have decided that you want all your customers to purchase a particular weight and brand of A4 paper such as Lyreco 70g, the Webshop can be configured so that when you try to add a different brand of paper into your basket, it suggests Lyreco 70g.

The alternative product can be mandatory, you “have” to choose Lyreco 70g, or suggested,  you can still add the original paper into your basket.

 To set up alternative products which are either mandatory or suggested, please refer to our dedicated Webshop user manual here.
