We will offer refunds or credits for items returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided they remain unopened and are returned in their original packaging and condition.

To organise a return, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to the Lyreco Webshop and go to your profile > Order history.
2. Find and select the order for which you want to register a return.

Check your order status to see if it can be returned:

3. If your order can be returned, select the items to return:
To return the entire order at once, select the Return all products checkbox.
To return specific products, select their checkboxes in the Table return column. You can also adjust the quantity to be returned.
4. Select Validate return.
5. In the window that opens, select the reason for your return from the dropdown list, confirm that the returned product is either faulty or in its original packaging, and select Yes, I confirm at the bottom right.
| Please note: The Lyreco driver may refuse a return if it appears that the returned product is not in its original packaging or the packaging is damaged. |
After this, you will receive an email confirmation that your return request has been received. In case your order was delivered by FedEx, you will also receive the return label. For deliveries made by our own Lyreco drivers, a return label is not needed.
The items will then be collected from the address they were originally delivered to within 5 working days.
