You can return Stocked Products to us for free (excluding Non-returnable Goods). We will offer refunds or credits for items returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided they remain unopened and are returned in their original packaging and condition.

To organise a return, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Lyreco Webshop and go to your profile > Order history.

Find and select the order for which you want to register a return.

If your order can be returned, select the items to return:
Check your order status to see if it can be returned:

Online return option available - online returns are possible.

Online return option not available - returns are not possible, for example, if the return period has passed or the order consists of non-returnable products only.

Order already returned in whole or in part - online return is not possible. If you have already returned some items from this order and now want to return more, please contact our Customer Care team for help.

To return the entire order at once, select the Return all products checkbox.
To return specific products, select their checkboxes in the Table return column. You can also adjust the quantity to be returned.
Select Validate return.

In the window that opens, select the reason for your return from the dropdown list, confirm that the returned product is either faulty or in its original packaging, and select Yes, I confirm at the bottom right.
After this, you will receive an email confirmation that your return request has been received. In case your order was delivered by FedEx, you will also receive the return label. For deliveries made by our own Lyreco drivers, a return label is not needed.
The items will then be collected from the address they were originally delivered to within 5 working days.
Please note the following:
Furniture Products may only be returned with a prior written agreement and within 30 days of delivery. Non-stock products are not eligible for returns. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food and drink products unless they are found to be defective.

Please have either your Lyreco Customer number, order number, invoice number or your own Purchase Order number to hand.
