How do I request a return label for a FedEx delivery?

To request a return label for an order delivered by our partners, please follow the normal return process described in this article: How do I return an item or an order?

The return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the return confirmation. If you don't receive it within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk mail folder, then contact our Customer Care team if needed:

  • Fill out our contact form

Please confirm your email, phone number, contact name and number of boxes to return when reaching out.
