If you have used the Webshop platform to request a return, the item(s) will be collected from the original delivery address within 5 working days.
You will receive an email on the day of collection to confirm that we are on our way. Please note that the Lyreco driver reserves the right to refuse the return if the item(s) are not in their unopened, original packaging, (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
In case your order was delivered by FedEx, you will also receive the return label. For deliveries made by our own Lyreco drivers, a return label is not needed.
As with returns processed on your behalf, your invoice will be automatically adjusted.
