Please have either your Lyreco customer number, order number or your own Purchase Order number available when contacting us.
If you need to cancel next-day delivery, please contact us before 5 pm on the day you made the order to make sure we can still do it. We'll do our best to stop your order, but if it's already being processed or on its way, simply refuse the delivery.
| Note: Some items cannot be cancelled depending on their status. You can cancel backordered items as long as they haven't been shipped yet. However, personalised items cannot be cancelled once ordered, and we may not be able to cancel special-order items. |
