Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to it, including the items, quantities, or delivery details. However, if your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it for you so that you can place a new order instead. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team promptly:

  • Fill out our contact form

Please have either your Lyreco Customer number, order number, invoice number or your own Purchase Order number to hand.
