Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change its delivery address. If you have selected a wrong delivery address or noticed an error, please reach to our Customer Care team as soon as possible, so that we can cancel your order in time:

  • Use our Live Chat in the bottom right corner of your screen
  • Give us a call at 08000 858585
  • Fill out our contact form

Please have either your Lyreco Customer number, order number, invoice number or your own Purchase Order number to hand.
