Can I return non-catalogue (special) items?

These products have been specially ordered for you and cannot be returned (unless they arrive faulty). Please research carefully before ordering these products to avoid surprises.

To tell us that you’ve received a faulty item, please email us on the 'submit form' option at the bottom of this article.  Please include photos of the damage.

Please have either your Lyreco Customer number, order number, invoice number or your own Purchase Order number to hand.
