Can I return food/beverage items?

Products with an expiration date (food/beverages) cannot be returned. 

To tell us that you’ve received a faulty item, please email us on the 'submit form' option or chat to us at the bottom of this article.  Please include photos of the damage.

Please have either your Lyreco Customer number, order number, invoice number or your own Purchase Order number to hand.
