We offer free collection and recycling of empty toner cartridges. To arrange the collection:

1. Order a free recycling box (product code 2.008.578) on the Lyreco Webshop or by contacting our Customer Care team.
2. Fill the box completely (each box can hold 15-20 laser toner cartridges) and securely close it. Open or overfilled boxes will not be collected.
3. Request collection by adding the product code 99.997.548 on your next order or by contacting our Customer Care team.

We'll provide a Waste Transfer Note on collection. The note is valid for 12 months, and we'll automatically update your existing Waste Transfer Note during future collections as needed.

To ensure safe pickup and transportation:

• Remove original packaging boxes. Our collection boxes are designed to withstand transport and help prevent toner powder leakage.
• Secure inkjet cartridges. Please place these in a separate bag to prevent ink leakage.
• Make sure the box is filled to capacity and closed. This prevents powder or ink leakage during transport. Please note that our drivers may refuse collection if boxes don't meet this requirement.
• Return only eligible cartridges. Please do not place other waste in the recycling box, such as printers or fax machines, bottles, batteries, cells, light bulbs, etc.
