How can I order a regulated product?

Some products we supply are classed as regulated because they require specific checks before we can deliver them — for example, due to safety, legal or controlled‑use requirements. 
If you wish to order one of these items for the first time, please contact our Customer Care team who will support you through the documentation/process.  This helps ensure the product can be used safely and legally at your organisation.
Once we’ve completed the necessary checks, we’ll process your order as normal and let you know if anything else is needed.  

This process needs completing every 12 months.
