I ordered a product from Zenith/Shorrock that I need to return.

If you need to return an item, please contact the Customer Care team associated with the entity listed on your documentation (such as your delivery note or invoice). 

If you still require the product, a new order can be placed separately with Lyreco to ensure you receive the required product without delay.
