Generally, our customers in Thailand do not ask us to collect old packaging, however, this option is available on request and Lyreco will collect old packaging when making your next delivery.

If you wish us to collect old Lyreco packaging from you, please contact your Lyreco Account Manager or please reach out to please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 338 0200, send us an email on TH.Orders@Lyreco.com or contact us through our Live Chat function.

Please have either your Lyreco customer number which starts with a 1300XXXXX  , to hand when contacting us.
