What happens if a product I order is on Back Order?

When you place an order for a product which is on back order you will be notified in Webshop;

You will also have the following comment on your Delivery Note;

Lyreco will follow up with its supply chain team to ensure that the deliveries are made as quickly as possible.  

To comply with Thai laws, you will only be invoiced on the day that we deliver the Back Order to you. This means that in the rare case that you have a back-order when ordering from Lyreco and you receive two deliveries, you will also receive two invoices from Lyreco.
